"1. Passion with Mixed Fruit Tea The mixed fruit tea was a refreshing blend featuring watermelon, lemon, passion fruit, strawberry, orange, and apple. The combination created a vibrant and naturally sweet flavour profile that balanced well with the heavier dishes we ordered. It was light, cooling, and an excellent palate cleanser throughout the meal. 2. Egg Tarts The egg tarts were served warm with a creamy, smooth custard filling. They had just the right amount of sweetness, making them enjoyable without being overly rich. A comforting and delightful treat. 3. Fish and Chips The fish and chips came out crispy on the outside while remaining tender and flaky inside. The batter had a satisfying crunch, and the dish paired wonderfully with the Italian herbs sauce, which added a savoury, aromatic touch. 4. Grilled Salmon with Plum Sauce The grilled salmon was tender and cooked well, offering a fresh and delicate flavour. While the plum sauce added a hint of sweetness, I personally preferred pairing it with the Italian herbs sauce, which complemented the salmon even better. 5. Baked Cheese Spaghetti with Meatballs The baked cheese spaghetti was delicious—perfectly cooked pasta coated in a balanced portion of sauce that wasn’t too heavy or too little. The chicken meatballs were tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, making the whole dish comforting and satisfying. 6. JJ Chicken The JJ chicken had a unique flavour that tasted more like a blend of marmite and chilli chicken. It had a bold, savoury profile with a hint of sweetness and spice, giving it a distinctive twist. 7. Tomyam Fried Rice with Fried Chicken The tomyam fried rice delivered a nice kick of spice without overpowering the dish. The tangy tomyam flavour came through well, and the fried chicken on the side added a crispy, flavorful contrast. 8. Service – Special Mention to Tomy One of the staff members, Tomy, provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and a hearty meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also bright, lively and warm, perfect for any range of customers."

"RM20.90 - Mala Pizza | RM20.90 - Cheese Baked Salmon Rice | RM12.90 - Kid’s Luncheon Meat Fried | RM5.90 - Hong Kong Milk Tea Cold | RM9.50 - Peanut Soup With Tong Yuen Togather is one of those well known Hong Kong style cafés with multiple branches across Klang Valley. The concept is familiar, offering a wide range of Asian fusion mains, baked rice dishes, snacks, drinks, and desserts all under one roof. The outlet itself leans heavily into the Hong Kong aesthetic, dim lighting, neon signs, and a slightly nostalgic cha chaan teng vibe. With Chinese New Year around the corner, the branch was dressed up accordingly with Ang Pows, Tang Lungs, gold coins, and even a bright pink Sakura tree placed prominently inside. This round, we decided to try something different and ordered the Mala Pizza. Alongside it came the Cheese Baked Salmon Rice and a Kid’s Luncheon Meat Fried set. Unfortunately, the Mala Pizza did not quite deliver. The mala flavour felt more like spiced powder sprinkled over the top rather than something properly infused, and the toppings were relatively sparse. It left me thinking a regular rice or noodle dish might have been the safer choice. The Cheese Baked Salmon Rice was more reliable. Creamy, cheesy, and comforting, it would suit those who enjoy richer baked dishes. The kid’s set was straightforward and came with Yakult, nuggets, and sausage, which naturally won approval. Drinks and dessert were decent. The Hong Kong Milk Tea Cold was standard, and the Peanut Soup with Tong Yuen was filling, though not particularly memorable. Togather remains a convenient option due to its extensive menu. There is something for everyone, especially in group settings. On the next visit, however, I would likely skip the pizza and stick to their stronger, more traditional offerings."
